Our Story
When the Switzer family opened their first location in 2003, they saw a need for something better. They saw a storage company that wasn’t corporate, overpriced, or impersonal. Their vision was to provide clean, secure units, fair prices, and service that feels like a handshake deal with a neighbor.
Over the years, we’ve grown from a single facility into multiple locations across the metro, but we’ve never lost our local roots. Today, we still operate with the same people-first mindset that started it all.
