Set Up Your Account

To Sign your rental contract, visit https://www.uhaul.com/Orders/ and follow the steps below:

  1. Sign into your online account.

  2. If you do not have an online account, please see instructions at the end of this email.

  3. Click on your name in the top right corner of the screen and select My Dashboard from the drop-down

  4. Locate the section called My Rentals / Reservations

  5. Locate your unit and click the Rental Agreement link

  6. A window will appear so you can review your rental contract

  7. Input your name in the box titled Please type your name

  8. Click Apply Signature to sign your contract

  9. The message Your rental contract has been signed successfully will appear once you have completed the steps

Set up an account online by visiting https://www.uhaul.com/Account/Create/ and create an account

  1. Enter the email address you provided to Switzer's Locker Room

  2. Create a password

  3. Click Continue

  4. Enter your name and telephone number

  5. Click Continue

  6. Check your email for the verification code from info@uhaul.com. Enter the verification code and click Verify Code

  7. Now you are signed into your online account and need to associate your self-storage unit

  8. Click the Find my Storage Unit link on the left side of your dashboard

  9. Enter the phone number you provided to Switzer's Locker Room and your unit number and click Associate Room

  10. Now your unit is associated to your online account and you are ready to manage your storage unit online
